I recently read an article in the Packet by Lee Stokes regarding the species one can catch in the Santee Cooper system. He mentioned the walleye could be caught there. I am not sure where that came from? I practically grew up on Santee and I know that there is no such thing as a walleye in that entire river system? Lee, maybe you could shed some light on this one for me?
